Terms and conditions

Last updated 18 October 2026

Snip by Pelamiin gives each wedding or engagement its own photo gallery: guests scan a QR code, share photos and wishes, and the host keeps them all in one place. These terms apply to hosts who book Snip and to guests who use it. By using Snip you agree to them.

For hosts

  • Each booking covers one event. The price is one payment per event (Basic RM70, Premium RM100), made before your gallery is set up.
  • Each plan has a limit on photos and storage. Once it’s reached, guests can’t add more.
  • Your gallery stays open until 24 hours after your event day, unless we agree a different date. Download everything you want to keep soon after.
  • Your host link lets anyone who has it manage your gallery. Keep it private; if it leaks, ask us and we’ll replace it.
  • You decide what stays in your gallery. You can hide or delete any photo at any time.

For guests

  • Only share photos and videos you took or have the right to share.
  • Don’t share anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or that someone would reasonably expect to stay private.
  • Your photos stay yours. By sharing them, you let the host view, download and keep them, and let us store them and show them in that event’s gallery and live slideshow.
  • Your name and wish, if you give them, are shown with your photo.

Removing content

The host can remove any photo from their gallery. We may also remove content that breaks these terms, or close a gallery that is being misused.

When galleries are deleted

Everything in a gallery is deleted automatically 30 days after it closes, and can’t be recovered after that. See the privacy policy for what we keep and why.

Our part

We work to keep Snip running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted, for example by venue wifi or phone networks. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any problem is limited to the amount paid for that event.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions? Email hello@pelamiin.my.
